DJ
FAQ
"How is a DJ better than a band?"
Our system
will sonically surpass any bands performance. We can play
any song you wish to hear at a moments notice, at the appropriate
volume the way you've heard it before - not the bands interpretation
of the song. Our cost is only one-third of what a good band
charges and we do not take breaks. Almost all bands WILL
NOT make announcements, organize activities
and accept requests by guest. Bands usually do not have alternative
music playing when they take breaks (15-25 minutes, 2 or 3
times during your event) Ultimately a DJ will give you more
music entertainment for your money.
"What
is the retainer
to
hold the date?"
A non-refundable retainer of $100 is required at contract
signing. As a result the initial retainer reduces the final
balance due. (If contracting multiple services, your retainer
will be calculated based on all services.)
"Will
the DJ need anything from the hall?"
We only require an outlet (15amp, 110-volt outlet -3 prong
grounded) within 25 feet of the setup area and a 4-8 foot
banquet table (6 foot is best) with table cloth or "skirting".
Should
we feed the DJ's?
One of our most popular questions! The answer is that it is
completely up to you. If you choose to provide a meal for
the DJ's, we greatly appreciate it and while the DJ's are
dining the music will continuously play.
"Can
we give you songs to play at our event?"
Absolutely. We have over 21,000 songs in our CD library to
choose from. If you do not see a song on our list that you
want to have played, we suggest you bring them so our DJ can
play it. Keep in mind that there should be no more than 20
individual songs selected from our song list. Please highlight
the top five you cannot live without.
"Are
there any additional charges that will spring up on us at
the last minute?"
No. We disclose all fees at the time of booking.
"Can
we come out and see you live?"
We welcome this opportunity to showcase our systems and DJ's.
Please call us for specific details.
