| TURN-AROUND-TIME
Studio Proofs:
Film Proofs normally take 3-4 weeks, excluding holidays.
Digital Proofs normally take 3-5 days for internet display,
but can take as long as 2 weeks depending on the season and
our schedule.
Wedding
Proofs:
Wedding Proofs and online viewing since the hurricane take
6-8 weeks, excluding holidays. This
time frame changes with the season.
Enlargements:
Turn around time on enlargements is 4-6 weeks, but can take
as long as 60 days in some cases depending on time of the
year.
RUSH
ORDERS
Rush orders are 300% of purchase price, and must have prior
management approval.
REFUNDS
No refunds allowed for any reason.
Credits or transfer of applied funds is allowed with management
approval only.
A deposit for reserving a date for an event is forfeited if
the event is cancelled for any reason, date changed or postponed.
Any applied payments to remaining balance may be credit to
the client at the discretion of the management. Any and all
policies described here are only applied if no written contract
is available. All written contracts between client and our
company over-rule any and all other policies.
PAYMENTS
Portrait Orders:
Orders are paid for at the time the order is placed.
Events
and Weddings:
An event must be paid in full prior to the event date. Failure
by the client to have a zero balance one week prior to the
event date will forfeit any funds paid to date and result
in a cancellation of our contracted services.
Monthly
Payments:
Clients making monthly installments must not be late more
than once during the entire payment schedule. Past dues notices
will be sent out reminding the client of the past due amount.
If a Past Due notice is sent out, a $5 fee will be assessed
to the clients account. Clients more then 2 months over due
will be sent a notice of cancellation and forfeiture of funds.
DOWNGRADING
PACKAGES
Downgrading of packages is not allowed.
Upgrading is allowed.
NON-NORMAL
HOURS
A client wishing to schedule a studio session other than during
normal business hours must pay an additional fee of $10 above
the assigned session charge for week nights and $20 additional
fee on weekends for studio shoots. The location shoot price
includes this fee. Non-normal business hour appointments must
be approved by the effected staff members before they are
scheduled. No shoots on Sunday.
REMOTE
SHOOTS
Remote shoots other than in and around the Pensacola area
will be accessed a fee no less then $20 above the assigned
session charge. Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach, Gulf Beach,
Perdido, Santa Rosa County, etc. will be effected by this
fee.
OTHER
ADDITIONAL FEES
Fee for changing wedding date is $25.
LIABILITY:
Liability of the photographer and In Vogue concerning film
and photographs: Extreme care will be taken with the negatives
and the processing of your photographs. In the event of any
loss or damage which would result in a failure to deliver
the contracted products, In Vogue Photography will attempt
to reshoot all possible photographs to the clients satisfaction
or offer a non-cash in store credit depending on the percentage
of completion of the contract. In Vogue Photography is not
by any means responsible for inadequate lighting, staging,
backdrops or backgrounds provided by the client or at the
event. In Vogue Photography can not be made liable for anything
other then described in this contract. The use of check off
lists and forms other than supplied by In Vogue Photography
can hinder our staff in providing you with your requested
services. Our staff makes every effort to provide the client
with requested poses, but can not be responsible for missed
shots not brought to our attention during the event and within
the allotted time limit. Nor are we responsible for poses
that are awkward. i.e. Misbehaving children, guests that can
not stand for long periods, and other nontraditional situations.
All complaints must be received by In Vogue Photography in
writing within 30 days of the contracted event for any action
to be taken.
